Memorial Service will be Wednesday Nov. 28, 2018 at 4 pm at the Factoryville United Methodist Church, 162 College Ave. with her brother, Rev. William H. Townsend and Pastor T.J. McCabe officiating.  Friends may call at the Church from 2-4 pm.

Dear Frank and family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Barb was a lovely person. We shared many conversations over the years in the hallways of Moses Taylor Hospital. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.
