Bernard S. Ostrowsky, 82, of Meshoppen died at the Abington Manor Clark Summit on June 24, 2024.  He was born in Clinton Twp. on Dec. 27, 1941, and he was the son of the late Bennie and Helen Dobrinski Ostrowsky.  Bernie was married to the late Evelyn Legas Ostrowsky who passed away in 2021.  Bernie was employed at the Ford Motor Company in Mahwah, NJ.

Bernie enjoyed tinkering with his 1970 Mach 1 Ford Mustang and loved hunting and fishing. Above all he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.  Bernie kept everyone around him amused with his antics.

In addition to his parents and wife Bernie is preceded in death by a daughter Michele “Moe” G. Ostrowsky, brothers; John, Joe, and Chet Ostrowsky, and a sister Margie Jones.

Bernie is survived by a son Shawn Ostrowsky of Lake Carey, grandson Nick and wife Amber Ostrowsky of Tunkhannock, granddaughter Harley and husband Matthew Miller of Pittsburgh, great grandson Colton “Bambino” Ostrowsky, brother George Ostrowsky, and several nieces and nephews.
