Blessing Service with Rev. Arbogaste Satoun will be private and at the convenience of the family. Celebration of Carl’s life will be held at the Factoryville Sportsmen’s Club on March 1 from 4-7pm. Carl R. Tylutki, 67, of Factoryville died Jan. 20, 2021 at home.  Born in Scranton on June 29, 1953; the son of the late Frank Tylutki and Marie and her husband Stan Klocek of Factoryville. Carl married the former Ruth Thomas on Oct. 1, 1976.

Carl graduated from Lackawanna Trail in 1971 then went on to graduate from Johnson’s School of Technology. He worked most of his career  at Erie Lackawanna Railway and Conrail. He then worked at Old Joe’s Service Center until his retirement. Carl served as a board member of the  Factoryville Sportsmen’s Club, where he chaired the Fred Loch Memorial Scholarship for 25 years; providing financial assistance to three  students from local high schools yearly. He will be remembered for his dry wit, keen sense of humor, kind heart and loving and generous nature .He has left his family and friends with joyful memories they will cherish for the rest of their lives.

Preceded in death beside his father is his niece Jennifer Vanko Corless.

Surviving beside his wife, mother and stepfather is his daughter Leslie Shea Tylutki and two grandchildren Lucas Evans and Shealie Perry; his two brothers Frank Jr. (Judy) and Stanley and his companion Karen Kruttles, two sisters Annie Vanko and Deborah Curmaci (Angelo) several nieces and nephews.
