Friends may call at the funeral home from 5pm to service time Dorothy Hobbs, 66, of Factoryville died Monday morning at Moses Taylor Hospital, Scranton. The daughter of the late Wilbur and Louise Weber Ross; born in Wilkes-Barre on January 10, 1950. Her husband was the late William W. Hobbs who died March 29 2013.Dorothy J. Hobbs
Dorothy enjoyed crosswords, Sudoku, reading, baking, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
Predeceased by four brothers: Dave, Bob, Austin Cook and Rick Ross.
Surviving are four daughters Peggy Hobbs and wife Joan of Old Forge and Megan Ayers of Slatington and Felicity Ayers at home. Three sisters Marie Goga, Joann Ross and Barbara Grisalfi. Six brothers Donny and Charles Cook also Jim, Daniel Sr., Kenny and Wilbur Ross. Granddaughter Jessica Hobbs and grandson Patrick and his wife Krista King; and one person she thought of as her child James Ross and numerous nieces and nephews.
