Blessing Service will be Thursday at 12 noon at Anthony P. Litwin Jr. Funeral Homes, Inc., 33 Reynolds St. Factoryville. With the Rev. Arbogaste Satoun officiating. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 10am until service at 12 noon. Interment at Pieta Cemetery, Tunkhannock. In lieu of flowers Memorial contributions may be made to the Factoryville Fire Co. P.O. Box 275 Factoryville PA 18419

I will always remember “Big Ed”. We were friends from Watkins Glen International. I will always remember the Christmas Eve we spent together and special times at the race track He was definitely a Gentle Giant. So very sorry for your loss Judy Montella

I have known Big Ed since I started working racing as a volunteer flagger in 1991. Always a great guy. I will miss him.

You were a great friend Ed. Your vast knowledge of race cars will live on in the minds of of those who knew you. Your kindness will live on in our hearts. Your smile will forever be remembered. Rest now my humble friend. We'll take it from here.

Ed will be missed. He was a Gentle Giant. Since we have not been to The Glen in a while, we haven't seen Ed in some time. But we received a Christmas card from him this year. When we received it, I didn't know how special that card was. I will always remember talking to Ed about aviation and spending a morning, several years ago, with him exploring the Glenn Curtiss Museum. Remember Ed with a smile. He would like that.
