Frances M Franko (Tallo) 12/29/1942-4/1412025
Frances Franko went to be with our Lord and Savior on April 14th, 2025. She was a loving and devoted servant of our Lord, Jesus Christ and our most Blessed Mother. She was born in West Side, Scranton and graduated from West Side High School. Frances was a Carmelite and dedicated to her Catholic faith. She was a loving wife to Raymond Franko for 61 years, and a very proud mother of five children, Four boys- Michael (Gail), Daniel (Ann Marie) Andrew (Catherine), and Luke (Karri) Franko, and one daughter-Anna Longstreet. They were her joy. She also had ten grandchildren, whom she adored- William (Maura) Longstreet and Andrew (Stephanie) Longstreet, Theresa Longstreet Andres (Kai) Makayla, Madelyn, Alexandra, Audrey, Keegan, -Veronica, and Brogan Franko. She also had four great-grandchildren- Connor, Garrett, Savannah, and Leo Longstreet.
Frances was an active member of Corpus Christi Parish, Harding. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Angela Tallo, her brothers John and Leonard Tallo, and her son-in-law, William Longstreet.

Her family would like to thank Hospice of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Dunmore for their constant support through this difficult time. They would also like to thank her caregivers, Paige and Laura, for their kindness and love. The world needs more people like them.

A mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday April 24th at 10:30am from the Church of the Holy Redeemer 2435 State Route 92 Falls, PA 18615. A viewing will be held at the church prior to the mass starting at 9:00am. Interment will follow at the Hickory Grove Cemetery, Waverly.
