George A. Lancaster, Jr.

George A. Lancaster, Jr., 62, of Mill City passed away on Feb. 20, 2025, at home.  He was born in Scranton on June 23, 1962, and he was the son of the late George Lancaster Sr. and the former Lillian Miller.

George was a graduate of the Tunkhannock High School.  He enjoyed dirt track car racing, hunting, and fishing.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his ex-wife Frances Evans Lancaster and a stepmother Jane Lancaster, 3 stepchildren, 9 grandchildren, 1 God daughter.

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family at the Fairview Cemetery Lake Winola.
