Harry Webber Keast, 83, of Lake Carey passed away on Mar. 2, 2025, at the Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital.  He was born in Kingston on Mar. 6^th, 1941, and he was the son of the late Harry and Ethel Barnett Keast.  He was a 1960 graduate of the Forty Fort High School.  Harry married the former Virginia Orlowski on Aug. 26^th, 1961, and they were married for 63 years.

Harry was the owner of Shavertown Lumber Company for 20 years.  Prior to owning the lumber company Harry worked with his father (co-owner) at the Luzerne Lumber Company where he gained much of his experience to start his own business.  Harry enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time at the Lake.  In high school Harry excelled at basketball, and in his later years he was an avid sport fan.  Harry enjoyed following the Philadelphia Eagles and the Phillies.

In addition to this parents, he is preceded in death his grandson; John Brozusky, mother in law Virginia Orlowski.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughter Ginny Brozusky and husband John of Tunkhannock, granddaughter Rachel and Husband Dakota Tunis, of Factoryville, brother Richard and wife Linda Keast, of Pittston, sister, Ellen Beck, of Forty Fort, nephews; Jimmy and wife Carmen Phillips of West Wyoming, Harry Phillips and Fiancé Jessica, of Lake Lehman, niece Trish and Dave Chronowski, West Wyoming, Jennifer and husband Greg Moran, Forty Fort, and several great nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be held Friday Mar. 7^th at 11am from the Harding-Litwin Funeral Home 123 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock.  A viewing will be held from 9am until the time of the service.  Interment will follow at the Sunnyside Cemetery.
