Jean M. Naylor,67, 0f Lake Sheridan died Saturday morning July 29, 2017 at her home. Born in Nicholson on Aug. 4, 1949; the daughter of the late Leon and Freda Smith Hanyon. Jean married her husband Robert Naylor on March 15, 1991.
Jean graduated from Lackawanna Trail High School in 1968. She was a past president and life member of the Dalton Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She worked as a weighmaster at Wyoming Sand and stone and most recently at Met Life before retirement.
Preceded in death besides her parents are two brothers Gary and Mark Hanyon.
Surviving beside her husband is her son Lee and his wife Jacquie Ross and their children Marcus and Kayla Ross all of Dalton; daughter Linda Fauquier and her husband Jason and their children Ross and Cali Fauquier all of Lake Sheridan; son Brad Scott of Dalton; stepson Matt Naylor and his wife Megan and their daughter Ella all of Dalton; Stepson Bobby Naylor and his wife Pam and their daughter Kelsey all of Kentucky; a brother Jay Hanyon of Tunkhannock; her Aunt Carrie and Emma Jean of New York, several nieces, nephews, and cousins; Especially her two favorites Judy Potts of Nicholson and Nancy Fenton of Springville.

The family would like to express their gratitude to Traditional Hospice, Sweet home Compassion, Dr. Michael Kondash, caregivers; Tierney Ross aka ‘Keirney’ and Ruthann. And special thanks to her friends Terri Faux, Carol Vanfleet, Cheri Moran and Chrissy Bednash.
