August 5, 1931 - February 27, 2025 Service Date: March 8, 2025 Funeral Home Harding Litwin Funeral Home Norman “Clayton” Finch, 93, of Mill City passed away at the Linwood Nursing Home on Feb. 27th 2025. He was born in Schultzville on Aug. 5, 1931 and he was the son of the late Walter and Aimee Carpenter Finch. Clayton was married to the late Marion Finch, who passed May 2014. Clayton was a graduate of the Newton Ransom High School. In addition to his work at Trauger’s Hardware and Gas, he, along with Marion, owned and operated Finch’s Greenhouse for over 50 years. He was a member of the Mill City Assembly of God Church. In addition to his wife and parents he is preceded in death by brothers; Robert, Glendon, and Carl Finch. He is survived by his daughters Carol Riggall and life partner Adam Nigro, Barbara and husband Kevin Mosser of Lake Frederick, VA, and Robert and wife Lynette Finch Harrisburg, grandchildren; Kate and husband Ash High, Jonestown, and Alex Yarrish York, great grandchildren; Camille and Greyson High, Jonestown, and a sister Doris Gruen of Tunkhannock. Funeral services will be held March 8th at 11am from the Mill City Assembly of God 167 Mercy Ln, Dalton, PA. A viewing will be held from 9am until the time of the service.
