I was privileged to be a part of Tom's life while assigned to the 46 Pct. during the early 70's. I thoroughly enjoyed his intelligent view of the world in general, and his acumen when discussing the stock market. I remember his quick and ready smile, his splendid sense of humor, and his kind, and understanding demeanor. What a treat for his children, and his grandchildren to have experienced him in their lives. I am saddened by his passing as I reflect on how he touched my life so many years ago. A decent man, husband, father, police officer, and a voice of quiet reason in a sometimes crazy job; it was a pleasure "sharing the planet" with him! Those of his family and friends who survive have my heartfelt sympathy, love and prayers that the the Lord Almighty ease your burden, and allow you to celebrate his life, and count your blessings, especially for having having "Tom" in your lives.

We are so sorry for your loss. Tom was certainly a fun guy to talk to! It was always clear to see how much he loved his family and grandkids. He is holding his beloved Ann’s hand now and they are smiling!
