Daniel Robert Search, 27, of Tunkhannock passed away from complication of surgery on May 11, 2021 at the Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital, Wilkes-Barre.

He was born in Tunkhannock, on July 15, 1993. He is survived by his mother Cheryl Search, Tunkhannock and father Frank Search II, New York.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandmother Arlene Mead, Tunkhannock; sister Ashley Petersen, Laceyville; Kaj Frasier, New York, Tiffany Holdon, Pennsylvania, and Ashley Wilcox, New York; brothers Frank Search III, Scranton; sister Aileen Search, New York; brother Thomas Search, Springville; Kent and Keith Frasier, New York; stepfather Thomas Whipple Sr., mother in law Allison Wildmayer-Search, brother in law Thad Petersen, sister in law Rebecca Ann Search. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and companion Melissa Smith.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Ruth Smith; great uncle Herbert Walter; Great grandparents Barney and Julia Wudarski, Raymond and Anna Mead; also multiple long time friends.

Daniel loved many activities outside including working on cars. He had a big heart. He might have had his struggles, but he was trying to overcome them. He leaves behind many family and friends that will miss him dearly.
