I am Frank's first cousin. I haven't seen Frank or Vic for years, but I remember Sunday dinners at one of his families farms, snowball fights and watching him milk the cows. Time to round up the cows, bring in the hay, and rest.

I am Frank's niece from Texas. I have wonderful memories of growing up and visiting the Pennsylvania relatives in the summers. Frank always had jokes to tell and ready laugh. He seemed to know everyone in the county no matter where he went! He was always putting together other peoples farm equipment that no one else could figure out how to repair. He had such a mechanical mind. I found out the hard way how much he liked chewing tobacco when I was riding in the car, sitting right behind him with an open window and when he spit out, it came right back in and covered my face! I will miss his smile and laughter.
