"AFTERGLOW" I'd like the memory of me to be a Happy one, I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when day is gone. I'd like to leave an echo whispering, softly down the ways, of happy times, and laughing times, and bright and sunny days. I'd like the tears of those who grieve to dry before the sun, Of happy memories that I leave when life is done. In His Will is our Peace.

Gort, As I sit here today I feel at a loss for words, and I can not believe that you are gone. I keep hoping that this is all just a big nightmare, and that at any moment my phone is going to ring and you will be on the other end. The reality of it all is the realization that you are gone forever. I hope that Mom, Darlene, and Terry were all there to greet you when you reached the pearly gates. Give them all a big hug and kiss from me. I am sending a hug and kiss for you too. I know that you missed Mom, and you were her birthday present back in 1969. Both your birthdays were always extra special because we always ordered a special cake for the two of you. I know that you are with Mom now up in heaven, and you are at peace and will never have to hurt again. You had such a good heart. Always willing to lend a helping hand whenever anyone needed you. You were kind, loving and generous. Life isn't always fair, and I surely know that you were dealt some bad hands, but you didn't deserve it. From as early as I can remember, I always did my best to look out for you and try to protect you. I tried to give you advice from a big sister standpoint, and I always tried to steer you in the direction that I thought was right. You were my daughters god father, and my brother. I love you dearly brother, and I am sure going to miss you. xoxo Love Debbie

R.I.P. Gordon, I remember being in high school when your mom and mine were good friends and I knew you and your siblings when you were young kids., there was always a lot of love and caring shared among you all. Please know that strong love is still with you, as your love is still with them always and forever.
