I knew Skip through playing Battlefield online. It was always a joy to be able to come home from school and talk to him. He may not have been the best of players, and I only knew him online, but he had a very real and positive impact on my life. I hadn't been able to talk to him as of late due to going off to college, but I will never forget him, and I will always cherish the memories I made with Skip. He is the person that came up with my online name as well and made me feel accepted as the youngest member of our group. He will be missed, but the story of the 70-something year-old marine will live on. Your friend, DEADLY BBS

To Sandy and Skip's family my heartfelt condolences. Farewell Skip my friend. Thank you,for the many laughs and good conversation over the years. We spent many hours playing our favorite Battlefield games with our OFS Squad. AKA Old Fart Squad lol. Oh the shenanigans and fun times we had. It was more then a bunch of guys gaming, it was therapeutic at times. I haven't been gaming as much the past couple of years and sort of lost touch but I thought of you often and will miss seeing Skip12 signing in on my Xbox. Rest peacefully Skip! Your friend POPONTHEROCK!
