I didn't know Karen well. Got to know her when she worked at pump and pantry. None the less she became a friend. She was the kind of person you felt you knew for a long time. I didn't even know she was sick. I didn't know she was leaving pump until her last day there. She said goodbye to me and I asked her if she was retireing and she said yes. She friended me on FB a short time after but I never heard anything. I was shocked when I saw this. I'm so sorry for your loss. RIP my friend.
