Memorial Service will be Saturday July 17, 2021 at Lake Winola United Methodist Church at 12 noon with Pastor Robin Fillmore officiating. Friends may call at the Church from 10am to service time. Arrangements by Anthony P. Litwin Jr. Funeral Homes, Inc.

Robert (Bubba) William Hill, 63, of Benton Twp. Died at his home on Sunday July 11, 2021.  He was born in Scranton on Dec. 31, 1957; the son of the late Thomas Lewis and Barbara Ann Wirth Hill Sr.. His wife of 31 years is the former Debbie Madden.

Bubba graduated from Abington Heights High School and later worked 30 years in sales at D&M Bumper. He enjoyed doing custom woodworking and playing golf at Lakeland Golf Club. He loved to go to family events and was well-versed in being the life of a party. Special thanks to Dr. Stephen Jaditz and all the caregivers at Hematology and Oncology Associates of NEPA plus all his numerous friends and family for their prayers and support during Bob’s illness.

Bob is preceded in death by his sister Susan H. Parker and mother-in-law Dottie Trivelpiece.

He is survived by seven brothers and sisters. Thomas L. Hill Jr. of Wilkes-Barre; John C. Hill (Phyllis) of Factoryville; Carol A. Beezup (Joseph) of Newton Twp.; Barbara W. Kelley (Douglas) of Factoryville; Stephen R. Hill and companion Mary Lynn Gaetano of Throop; Debra L. Aten (Jeff) of Nicholson; Robin B. Gorman (Mark) of Scott Twp.; brother-in-law Peter Parker of MA; father-in-law Wayne Trivelpiece (Vida)of Clarks Summit; brother-in-law Donald Madden (Alice) of Lake Winola; Arte Trivelpiece (Karen) of Lake Winola; Jeanie Vermeulen (Fred) of NC; several nieces, nephews and great nieces, nephews; best friends Rick Horan and Tom Williams.
