Stanley “Pop” Jones, 80, passed away Sunday July 29^th at Tyler Memorial Hospital. Born on July 15, 1938 Stanley is the son of the late Jack and Minerva Jones and was married to the former Mary Beth Skoranski.

Stanley was a truck driver for many years and enjoyed vacationing and travelling with his family. In addition to his wife Stanley is survived by his brother William and wife Dena Jones of Factoryville, sisters Viola and husband Ronald Dickinson of Factoryville and Betty Morris of Hawaii. As well as his children Arthur and wife Nicole Jones of Larksville, Chantal Morehouse of Texas, Heather and husband Jamey Walter of Pittston, Stanley Jones Jr. of Tunkhannock, Jennifer Jones of Clifford, Nicole Jones of Factoryville. As well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday July 31^st at 11 a.m. from the Harding-Litwin funeral home 123 W Tioga street Tunkhannock with Pastor John Shaffer of the Nicholson United Methodist Church Officiating.
