Wendy was the finest protector of the trees. The years we spent planting and maintaining Tunkhannock Borough trees were wonderful years. We accomplished so much and led the creation of a Shade Tree Commission. I’m sorry she has passed away, but she left a wonderful legacy. So sorry, Don. You both did so much.
